Finance & Business Professor | CFO | Corporate Trainer | Consultant | Bridging Academia & Industry for Business Growth — Dr. Hatem Elshreif has spent more than 25 years moving between corporate finance and the classroom, across the MENA and EMEA regions. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration in International Finance from ESLSCA Business School, an MBA, and a B.Sc. in Commerce, and teaches with the perspective of someone who has actually had to make the calls he now explains. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the Mediterranean Oilfield Service Company (MOSCO), established in 2014, and holds concurrent academic appointments teaching Managerial Economics, Managerial Finance, International Finance, Advanced Strategic Financial Management, Managerial Accounting, Macroeconomics and Research Methodology. His research includes a published study testing the Corporate Debt Safe Buffer model against constituent firms of the DJIA30 and NASDAQ100 indices, and his current work looks at capital structure decisions among MENA oilfield services firms and AI-assisted financial distress prediction.
