Experiential Learning Facilitator — Leadership trainer and experiential learning practitioner with 8 years of professional experience designing and delivering programmes for corporate managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talent across India, the Middle East, and Europe. I build training that is outcomes-focused and participant-centred, grounded in real-world scenarios, delivered experientially, and designed so that insight comes from the room rather than from a slide. Programmes delivered include C-suite and emerging leadership engagements at GIA Mumbai, corporate team building for Jana Bank, and an independently designed 5-day leadership communication programme currently running across multiple cohorts. I hold a Diploma in Experiential Learning and Educational Practice, am a certified NLP Practitioner, and have a Master's in Business Information Systems, combining facilitation methodology with the commercial and systems literacy to speak credibly to leaders across organisations.
